July – Join us every Thursday during Reno Artown beginning at 3pm to sip wines proudly produced and bottled in Reno, while enjoying an ongoing live demonstration of a painting-in-progress by regional artist Alli Harvey. Watch as Alli translates her fierce love for Nevada’s landscapes into a large-form, vivid, and realistic piece of artwork week by week. Hear directly from the artist about her process and work in ongoing Q&A’s – or just talk to her while she’s painting! The completed painting will belong to Friends of Nevada Wilderness, a fantastic state-wide organization dedicated to promoting and protecting Nevada’s wild lands. See the unveiling of the final piece on July 30th to wrap up Artown at Nevada Sunset Winery, and enjoy a rare onsite tour of Alli’s 19′ Airstream Mobile Art Studio, where she lives and paints full time!
